Natural Baltic Amber Necklaces and Pendants

Amber has been thought to have several different medicinal purposes. The ancient women of Northern Italy wore amber beaded necklaces to prevent thyroid disease. Where Martin Luther the founder of the Lutheran church in the 1500's carried a piece of amber in his pocket to protect him from kidney stones.
